📦 Shipping Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. However, please note that personalised items may take longer due to the custom crafting process. If your order contains both personalised and non-personalised items, they may be shipped separately so you can receive the non-personalised items earlier.
🚚 Shipping Charges
– Free shipping is available on all domestic orders above ₹449.
– International shipping and returns are not eligible for free shipping. Charges will apply based on destination and weight.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS so you can follow your jewellery’s journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
At Amaara, each product is made and packed with utmost attention to detail, and as a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before making a purchase, especially for personalised or made-to-order pieces. Due to the delicate and custom-crafted nature of our jewellery, all sales are final.
❗ Missing or Damaged Orders
In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete:
– Please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery.
– A 360-degree unboxing video (taken before opening the package) is required to process any claims.
– Claims without video proof or showing visible tampering may not be honoured. Amaara reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
